With over 30 years of experience in business and foot care. She has dedicated her career to learning, growing and refining her skills. Working with a variety of companies, each adding its own lesson and challenges has shaped Joanne into the person she is today. Someone who assesses carefully, diagnoses confidently and thinks creatively to find the best solution for every customer or situation. Beyond technique, her greatest passion lies in making a difference in the lives of those who walk through her door. Every treatment is an opportunity to bring comfort, mobility, and confidence to another person, and that joy and dedication fuels everything she does.

Sally is a valuable member of our team. You will find her front of house or knee high in shoe boxes! She organises appointments, stock and manages the patients. Sally has no free time to herself and although she works part time here in the clinic, she rushes home to be a full time carer for her disabled mother at home. She enjoys swimming and a break to Spain when she can get time off. Sally was a ballerina dancer and comes from an athletic background with many achievements in this field.
Sonia rejoined our team in 2024. She has managed to train to become a foot health practitioner at a later stage in her life, Sonia's background involves sports massage and holistic therapy, she has worked with end of life patients giving them support and comfort when they needed it most.
Sonia rented a room from Joanne in 2016 and followed Joanne when she relocated the clinic to Load street in 2018 offering these therapies. Now back to being a part of the team Sonia with her soft and gentle approach will make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door.
Andrea has being working for ifoothealthcare since January 2026. She works every Wednesday treating patients within our senior citizen walk in clinic. She is professional and well liked by the patients.
She has her own client base in Redditch travels to Bewdley so that she can be a part of our team. If you would like to meet Andrea, please drop in between 10am and 3.30pm to have a chat and maybe get your toenails trimmed.
